How do I use the template to create sales reports?

This template, built by a team of sales experts, lays out a number of reports for you.

But everyone’s sales process is different. That’s why you can add/remove custom stages in the ‘Settings & Instructions' sheet. There you can add/remove team members, set targets, set probabilities, and set a custom # of days .

Add your sales leads to the ‘Sales Funnel’ sheet, select the stage they’re in, add the size of the deal, set the probability of closing the deal, and the creation and expected close date. You can also add other data like the sales rep working on the deal, the next step, etc. The more data you put in, the more accurate reports you can generate.

Feel free to add/remove columns from the 'Sales Funnel' sheet and set the time period for your reporting.

Based on the data you input in the other sheets, the ‘Sales Report’ sheet is updated automatically. This forecasts your revenue, tells you how well your sales reps are doing, what your conversion rates are, and more.
