Passport applicants required to make an appointment – Fiji Immigration

Beginning from next week, those who want to apply for a passport will have to register for an appointment.

An advisory from the Fijian Immigration Department states Fijians will be required to register for an appointment to apply for a passport from Monday, July 19, 2021.

The advisory further states that scheduling of appointments are required prior to visiting the immigration office.

“For medical and emergency cases, customers are required to call 3312622 or email immipassport@govnet.gov.fj for special arrangements.”

Due to COVID restrictions in place, the department will open from 9am – 12.30pm on weekdays only for the Suva office, and 9am to 2pm for Nadi, Lautoka, Savusavu and Labasa offices.
