Assessment in Simulation
Assessment in simulation is conducted in many ways: starting with the use of assessment to look at the needs for your program, to assessing operation program as a whole, to assessing your course(s), to the assessment of individual simulations. In addition, many student simulations need to be assessed for not alone did the simulation provide the training in which they were designed but, more especially, did the learners/participants participating in the simulation gain the required knowledge and/or skills from the simulation. No simulation program can be successful without the use of assessment starting from the design of a simulation program through the learner/participant ability to gain knowledge or provide evidence of learning.
